AdviceOne LLC 2006 Client Appreciation Event Photos 2006 Operation E.L.F. Holiday Party 2006 Operation E.L.F. Holiday Party Over 400 members of families of deployed Connecticut soldiers attended this year’s Holiday Party, organized by the Connecticut National Guard. AdviceOne clients donated mountains of toys and over $2700 in gift certificates that Santa distributed to the excited children. AdviceOne advisors and clients also volunteered at the party, setting up, serving food and drinks, bussing tables, assisting children with holiday crafts, and cleaning after the event which was held at the Hartford Armory.
Pratt and Whitney Reunion Party with Michael Grossman Over 60 AdviceOne clients and their guests from Pratt and Whitney met at Wang Palace in Glastonbury to share memories and reconnect with friends. This was the second party Michael held for his Pratt and Whitney clients, and he will definitely host another soon!
Riverboat Cruise with Michael Grossman A rainy evening didn’t dampen the spirits of the AdviceOne Ambassadors and thier guests who joined Michael and his staff for a cruise on the Connecticut River! Dancing and delicious refreshments were enjoyed by over 100 attendees. In addition, $1600 was raised by our very generous clients for The Jimmy Fund to support the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute of Boston.
Clients of Ron Williams were able to enjoy a beautiful evening on the Lady Katharine Cruise Line. They were presented with an array of delicious appetizers and danced away the night to the sounds of the Fast Lane Band.
Over 300 AdviceOne clients and their families attended the Rock Cats baseball game. The evening began with an all-you-can-eat picnic exclusively for AdviceOne guests, followed by the start of the game with an AdviceOne client throwing the first pitch!
When Michael Grossman, President of AdviceOne, invited his clients to a Client Appreciation Dinner Dance in May, he asked them to consider bringing a donation for the Prudence Crandall Center. "The response of AdviceOne clients was overwhelming. They gave mountains of new sheets, towels, slippers, socks and sweatsuits. We knew we could count on them," said Grossman. The Prudence Crandall Center offers services to victims of domestic violence, including emergency shelter. Over 100 clients and their guests dined and danced with Michael and the AdviceOne staff!
Nearly 60 Pratt and Whitney Employees and Retirees attended the March, 2006 event hosted by Michael P. Grossman, CFP®, President of AdviceOne. "It was a fun evening and a great opportunity for many of our clients who have retired from Pratt to get together with old friends," said Grossman. "We plan to make this an annual event!"
